You dream it, we plan it — fairly and transparently.
At Amber’s Epic Events, we don’t believe in raising prices just because it’s a “wedding.” Whether it’s a birthday bash, corporate mixer, or vow renewal, your event should be priced based on the time and care it takes — not its label. That’s why my services are billed hourly, with separate rates for planning and day-of execution.

Planning Services
Everything that happens before the big day.
Includes vendor communication, budget guidance, event design, timeline creation, venue walk-throughs, and more.
$40-$50 per hour

Simple events (birthday, shower, dinner): ~15 hours

Mid-size or corporate events: ~20–25 hours

Larger or detailed events: ~30+ hours
Day Of Coordination
Onsite leadership to keep everything smooth and stress-free.
Includes event setup, vendor management, cueing the timeline, managing logistics, guest flow, and teardown.
$60–$75 per hour

1 assistant included for events over 100 guests

Additional assistants available at $15–$25 per hour
