Pricing Guide
You dream it, we plan it — fairly and transparently.
At Amber’s Epic Events, we don’t believe in raising prices just because it’s a “wedding.” Whether it’s a birthday bash, corporate mixer, or vow renewal, your event should be priced based on the time and care it takes — not its label. That’s why I bill my services differently.
Why We Price This Way
We know how important it is to create something beautiful without breaking the bank. That's why we price base on the time involved and your individual circumstances, not just the type of event.
Whether you're planning something simple or extravagant, we believe everyone deserves support, guidance, and a celebration that feels special without the pressure of inflated pricing. We're here to make it possible!

Planning Service Averages
Industry averages show what event planners typically charge for different event sizes — but averages don’t tell the full story. Every event is unique, and many planners use one-size-fits-all pricing models. We take a more flexible approach: we’ll design a plan that gives you the same (or better) quality for less than the industry average. Call us and let’s talk about your vision, budget, and how we can save you money while delivering a stress-free planning experience.
Event Size (Attendees) Average Planner-Only Fee Range Typical Service Level
1–25 $500 – $2,000 Small gatherings, intimate parties, day-of or light coordination. Fixed costs shared over fewer people = higher per-person.
26–100 $1,500 – $5,000 Medium-sized parties or corporate events. Vendor sourcing, timelines, multiple logistics handled.
101–250 $3,000 – $8,000 Larger weddings, community, or company events. More vendors, rentals, staffing, design, and execution.
251–500 $5,000 – $15,000 Large-scale or multi-day events requiring full- service planning. Often includes advanced A/V, décor, and multi-vendor management.
500+ $10,000 – $30,000+ Very large or corporate events. Multi-day logistics, travel, complex vendor coordination.
*These ranges reflect event planner service fees only — not catering, venues, décor, or total event spend. Data is based on U.S. event planner pricing studies and industry reports. Common fee structures include flat packages, hourly rates ($75–$250/hr depending on experience), or a percentage of the total event budget (10–20% on average).
