Our Policy
BOOKING & PAYMENTS
To reserve your event date, a non-refundable deposit of 25–50% (depending on service) is required at the time of booking. Full payment is due no later than 7 days before the event unless otherwise agreed upon.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Cancellations must be made in writing. Deposits are non-refundable, but partial refunds may be issued for cancellations made more than 14 days in advance, depending on work already completed. No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 7 days of the event.
RESCHEDULING
We understand that plans can change. One reschedule is allowed free of charge with at least 14 days’ notice, subject to availability. Additional reschedules may require a new deposit.
CLIENT COMMUNICATION
We maintain regular contact via email, phone, or text. All event details must be finalized no later than 10 days before the event to ensure smooth coordination.
OUTSIDE VENDORS & CONTRACTS
Clients are responsible for the conduct and payments of any outside vendors not contracted by Amber’s Epic Events. We are happy to coordinate with your vendors but are not liable for third-party performance.
DAY OF COORDINATION
We will be on-site the day of your event to ensure everything runs smoothly, according to the agreed-upon plan. Any changes or additions requested the day of the event may be subject to additional charges.
LIABILITY
Amber’s Epic Events is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during your event. We recommend all venues and vendors carry appropriate insurance coverage.
